Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees employed at the employer's BOF, slagway and related operations at the Sparrows Point, MD location Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time emergency medical technicians, intermediate emergency medical technicians, paramedics and EMS coordinators employed by the Employer at its Bucyrus, Ohio and Crestline, Ohio facilities. Unit Sought: Included: All regular Full time and Part time employees located at the Lakeland, FL facility with the following classifications: Electricians, Plumbers, Painters/Drywall, Stationary Engineers, General Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC (A/C Techs), Carpenters, Kitchen Mechanics, Plants Ops. Excluded: All Office clerical, managerial and all supervisor and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time warehouse employees, employed by the employer at its facility located at 220 E. North Ave., Villa Park, IL 60181. Excluded: All other employees, all employees currently represented by a labo organization, all clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
