Unit Sought: Included: Hourly Employee employed as drivers either over the road or city; as well as hourly employees engaged in dock work, checking, stacking, loading, unloading, handling, shipping, receiving, switching, fork lift, rigging, stuffing, stripping, loading and discarding or cargo or containers, enployed by UPS Freight, Inc., at its facilities locacted at Gaffney, Greenville, West Columbia and North Augusta, SC Excluded: But exclusing all office clericals, mechanics and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Installers and Erectors of Precast Concrete employed by the Employer within the geographic reion described in Appendix A. Exlucded: All other employees, Operating Engineers, Oilers, Teamsters, laborers, patchers, grouters, caukers, clerical employees, guards and supervisors.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Lead DSPs, and Medical/Residential Drivers employed by the Employer at its Residential and Support Living facilities currently located in Lake and Porter Counies, Indiana  Day Services employees, temporary employees, volunteers, clients on payroll, manaagerial employees, confidential employees, office clerical employee and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Full and regular part time licensed funeral directors and embalmers, apprentice funeral directors and embalmers, and auto livery chauffeurs employed by the employer. Excluded confidential employees, professional employees, clerical employees, managers and supervisors as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full -time and regular part-time electronic technicians performing metrology work at the employers Cairns Army Air field facility, Ft. Rucker, Alabama. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
