Unit Sought: Included: All Regular Drivers, Washers and Mechanics employed at the employers facility located at 5007 Prime Parkway, McHenry, IL. Excluded: All Dispatchers, Managers, Supervisors, Professional Employees, Office Clerical and Guards as defined by the Act as Amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time aircraft mechanics and aircraft mechanic leads employed by the employer at its Cairns Army Airfield facility, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: Commercial/front load drivers, roll-off drivers, residential route drivers, recycling drivers, container and vehicle maintenance shop employees, recycling processors, container delivery and transfer drivers, transfer service operators and processors, residential helpers, groundkeepers, safety clerks, dispatchers and parts clerks. EXCLUDED: Office clerical employees, customer service representative (without dispatch duties), roll-off/industrial dispatchers, temporary employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
