Unit Sought: Included: Senior Day Care, Day Care and Assistant daycare, teachers, Clerks/PBX Operator, day care cook, Assistant cook, Housekeepers, Maintenance/Custodian, Drivers. Excluded: Executive and program directors, music school and summer camp director, executive secretary, business manager, youth coordinator, head custodian.

Unit Sought: Included: All f/t & p/t employee of the employer engaged in operation, transport, maintenance, and repair of all powered equipment, and all attachments and accessories of powered equipment, other than hand tools, regardless of its use or whether such equipment is automatically, electrically, hydraulically, mechanically or remotely controlled or powered, including, but not limited to, equipment used in construction, repair, demolition, excavating, grading, paving, pumping, land clearing, and restoration in the Florida Counties of Broward, Charlotte, Collier, Miami-Dade, Glades, Hendry, Highland, Indian River, Lee, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie. Exclucing: All office, clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
