Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time clerical employees engaged in file maintenance & processing, including general clerks 1 and data entry operators1, employed by the Employer at the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services' service center in Laguna Niguel, California. Excluded: All other employees, temporary employees, administrative assistants, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time service employees, including nurses' aides, dietary employees, housekeeping employees, laundry employees, and janitors. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, including Registered Nurses, technical employees, including Licensed Practical Nurses, activities director, social coordinator, recreation therapist, medical records clerk, home health care agency employees, temporary and casual employees, guards, maintenance employees, and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time operations and retail employees employed by the employer at its facilities located in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming. Excluded: All office clerical employees, managers, temporary employees, employeess presently represented by other labor organizations, guards, professional employees and supervisors within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act.
