Unit Sought: Included: Employees who are employed in Customer Service, Districts, Material/Warehousing, Reprographic Services, Mail Room/Receiving Departments, Lines, Fleet Services, Communications, Materials, Generation, Substations, and Survey Organizations. Excluded: All supervisory, confidential and professional employees within the meaing of the National Labor Rleations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and Part time Technicians and Helpers Excluded: All office clerical working supervisors foremen guards watchmen and all others as defined in the National Labor Rleations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time heavy equipment operators, drivers, mechanics, and surveyors employed by the Employer. Excluded: All office and clerical employees, professional employees, sales representatives, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Inluded: All Representatives/Organizers and Store Schedule Auditors employed by LOCAL 1036 Excluded: Local Union President, and not more than three (3) Assistants to the President, one (1) independent contractor and guards,Spurs members, confidential employees, office clerical employees, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. 

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Service Department employees, including Mechanics, Helpers, and Apprentices, employed by the Employer at their facility. Excluded: Parts Department employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All Surgical Technicians; but excluding all other.

Unit Sought: Included: Commercial glaziers and general glaziers; Excluded: all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
