Unit Sought: Included: The term "employees" as used in this agreement applies to all technical employees of the Company wherever located, emloyed in the Engineering department of the Company, and shall be deemed to include all of the employees who are in the classifications set forth in Article A-III including Content Producers and all employees in additional classifications which may be added to Article A-III during the term of this Agreement pursuant to the jurisdicition of the Union as defined in this Agreement. Included: The term "employee" as used in this Agreement applied to all News and News Special Events Writer(s) now or hereafter engaged by the Company at its Chicago office to write, rewrite, condense, process, or edit news meterial, including Content Producers.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time flight instructors employed at the Employer's Jenks, Oklahoma, Campus; Excl. All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time showroom helpers, shipping & receiving department employees, sample department employees, and cutters. Excluded: All office clerical employees, salepersons, clerks, receptionists, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
