Unit Sought: all full-time and regular part-time dietary department food service workers who are performing work at Singing River Hospital all office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All employees in the South Texas unit currently represented by the Atlantic Independent Union employed by the Employer. EXCLUDED: All other employees including clerical, executive, administrative, professional, watchmen and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included all full time and parttime school bus drivers, matrons and mechanics. Excluded all supervisors and other statutory exclusions.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time bus operators/monitors, trainers and utility technicians at the Oxford, Ohio location. Excluded: All management-level, supervisory and confidential employees as defined in the Act, including mechanic supervisor and administrative assistant.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: Route sales employees, cooler employers and relief route sales employees and ice cream sales and freezer employees. EXCLUDED: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors.
