Unit Sought: Included: All part time and full time Security Officers employed by the Employer at the Federal Building in Saco, Portland and South Port, Maine and the surrounding area, within jurisdiction of the employees contract(s) with the Federal Government Excluded: All office, clerical, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act

Unit Sought: Included: All Operating and Maintenance employees in the Woodlewn, LA, Youngsville, LA, Eunice, LA, and Morgan City LA locations. Excluded: Supervisory, Administrative, and clerical employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time sales associates, cashiers and stock employees employed by the Employer at its retail stores located at 620 Fifth Avenue, 10 Columbus Circle, and 667 Madison Avenue, New York, NY. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including store managers, senior assistant store managers, assistant store managers, stock managers, office clerical employees, and guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
