Excluded: All supervisors, managerial, sales, professionals, clericals, and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part-time food and beverage employees, floor/gaming attendants, coat check employees, cleaners, and player rewards employees employed by the Employer at its 5600 McKinley Parkway, Hamburg, New York facility. Excluded: All cage/cashier employees, account employees, surveillance employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
