Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time student employees of the Office of Residential Life, serving as Undergraduate Advisors (UGAs), but excluding all non-student employees, confidential employees, managers, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others Permitted to Vote: The parties agree that Student Interns within the Undergraduate Housing Office may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Drivers, Nutrition Coordinators, Staff Accountants, Life Coach 1, Life Coach 2, Paraprofessionals, Administrative Assistants, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants, Maintenance, Receptionists, and Fleet Coordinators employed by SLDC at its facilities located at 8699 Holder St., Buena Park, CA 90620 and 43385 Business Park Dr. #140, Temecula, CA 92590. Excluded: All other employees, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, Early Intervention Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Teachers, Teachers on Special Assignment, Counselors, Human Resources, Education Specialists Interns, Philanthropy Associates, Adapted Physical Education, Payroll Managers, Nurses, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Assistants, Vocational Instructors, managers, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
