Excluded All office clerical employees, professional employees, vending repairmen, fountain repairmen, checkers, guards and supervisors as defined in theAct, and all other employees. 

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time warehouse employees, forklift loaders, inloaders, case puller, shipping and receiving leads and other warehouse works. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time drivers and laborers employed by the Company at its facility currently located at 24105 W. Front St., Channahon, IL. Excluded: weigh masters, graders, office clerical employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act and all other employees
