Unit Sought: All employees of the Employer over whom the Union has jurisdiction, as such jurisdiction is defined by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the AFL-CIO. All clericals, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All designated employees of Boening Aerospace Operations, Aircrew Training & Courseware Development, at Langley Air Force Base, 'Virginia, under F-15/F-16F-22 United States Air Force Contracts F33657-97-D0025, FA4890-06-C-0004 and FA8201-05-C-7401, and its successor contracts and IDWAs/IWAs. Excluded from the unit are all, supervisors and managers, office clerical employees, professional employees and guards as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees of Military Aircraft and Missile Systems or BAO or their parent organization, including those employees on contracts other than those idenitified above.
