Excluded: All other employees, group leaders, control room leads, instrumentation and calibration leads, mechanic leads, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, physicians, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of ouside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, permanent charge nurses, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time laundry workers, housekeepers, and floor technicians employed by Health Care Services Grou, Inc. employed at St. Luke Manor and Pavillion Nursing home.

Unit Sought: Included All hourly employees in Mechanics, Parts, Clerks and Janitors classifications of work. Excluded Salaried and office clerical employees, any employees defined by the National Guards, professional employees or supervisors and all other employees for the purpose of collective bargaining as provided by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: All fulltime and regular part-time carwash workers. All clerical workers, supervisors, managers and guards as defined in the Act.
