Unit Sought: Included: The Union seeks an Armour-Globe election of all regular full-time and part-time employees in the classifications front desk agents, housekeeping supervisors, and all other unrepresented employees who are employed by the Employer at its facility located at 40 E. Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60611, except as excluded in this unit description. The existing unit that the voting employees would join is comprised of all full-time and regular part-time suite attendants, lobby attendants, housepersons, cooks, host(esse)s, and dishwashers. Excluded: All office clerical employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Linemen, Electrical Lineman, Cable Splicers, Junior Cable Splicers, URD Technicians, URD/Cable Splicers, Journeyman/Switchman, Apprentice Lineman/Splicers, Groundmen, Laborers/Drivers, Equipment Operators, and other employees employed by Anchor Construction Corporation who perform outside electric utility distribution construction, installation, maintenance, repair, cable splicing, underground residential distribution, overhead distribution, storm restoration, and related electric utility distribution work. Excluded: Excluded from the bargaining unit are office clerical employees, administrative employees, temporary employees, confidential employees, engineers, estimators, project managers, payroll and human resources employees, employees primarily engaged in gas utility operations, employees primarily engaged in civil or site construction unrelated to electric utility distribution work, guards, professional employees, employees who are currently represented by another labor organization pursuant to an existing collective-bargaining relationship with Anchor Construction Corporation covering the work performed, and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time projectionists working at IFC Center at 323 Sixth Avenue, New York, NY 10013. Excluded: All other employees, including but not limited to, office clerical employees, temporary employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Project Managers, Field Engineers, Software Engineers Excluded: All office clerical employees, guards, professionals, and supervisors under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance technicians who are employed by the employer whose facility is currently located at 720 N Blackhawk Blvd, Rockton, IL 61072 Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time apparatus technician, crew foreman, engineering technician, apprentice engineering technician, engineering services technician, equipment operator, groundworker/general labor, line technician–level 1, line technician–level 2, apprentice line technician–level 1, apprentice line technician–level 2, apprentice line technician–level 3, apprentice line technician–level 4, and warehouseman, employed by the Employer at its facility located at 794 West Dame Avenue, Homerville, Georgia. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
