Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time UG technicians, URD technicians, URD groundmen, superintendents, and foremen employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 2300 Beaver Road in Landover, Maryland who regularly perform outside electric utility distribution construction, installation, maintenance, repair, cable splicing, underground residential distribution, storm restoration, and related electric utility distribution work; but excluding all engineers, estimators, project managers, payroll and human resources employees, employees primarily engaged in gas utility operations, employees primarily engaged in civil or site construction work, employees represented by another labor organization, office clerical employees, temporary employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the National Labor Relations Act.
