Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time Mechanics and Administrative Assistant Intermediates in the garage employed by the Employer in Multnomah County, Oregon. Excluded: All other personnel, including Lead Mechanics, guards and supervisors, as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. The Union seeks to add those employees through an Armour Globe election to an existing bargaining unit of employees that it represents, which the parties' contract defines as All regular full-time and part-time Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Controllers-1, Controllers-2 and Call-takers employed by the Employer in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties, Oregon, and Clark and Cowlitz Counties, Washington, and all other operations, facilities and classifications within the bargaining unit certified by the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter collectively "employees"). All other personnel are excluded, including guards and supervisors, as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full Time and Part Time Animal Care Keeper employees at the employer’s facility located at 1000 Gunpowder Point Drive, Chula Vista, California 91910. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees in the following job classifications: Technical Director, Audio/Tape Operator, Camera Operator, Font Operator, Video/Shading Operator, Crossfire Operator, Show Control Operator, Replay Operator, Utilities Operator, and the other technical positions by a different name in which the employees perform pre­production, production and/or post-production work in connection with closed circuit telecasts displayed on the in-house video system within the Employer's home arena, including without limitation telecasts of Minnesota Timberwolves games, Minnesota Lynx games, pre-game shows, and post-game shows. Excluded: All other employees.
