Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers employed by the Employer, including those employed by Anthem Propane and Blue Flame, working out of or providing services to the Employer’s Chester facility. Excluded: All office clericals, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time Senior Distribution Operators, Lead Distribution Operators, Associate Operators, and all other classifications included in the already existing unit.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time laborers and welders, including lead persons, journeymen of all levels and classes, and apprentices employed at 5001 Hwy 2830 Owensboro, Kentucky 42303. Excluded: All other employees, all clerical, supervisory, managerial, confidential employees and guards as defined by the Act.
