Unit Sought: Present Unit: Petitioner is the bargaining representative of all full-time and regular part-time employees of the Sierra Club working for the National office, except: employees represented by another labor organization, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Proposed Unit: Petitioner seeks to clarify the above-described unit to include all Sierra Club employees in the bargaining unit currently represented by the Sierra Employee Alliance (“SEA”), which includes all full-time and regular part-time employees employed at the Employer’s Oakland headquarters. The proposed unit description is: All full-time and regular part-time employees of the Sierra Club working for the National offices and Oakland headquarters, except: confidential employees, managers, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Level 1 (Host), Level 2 (Barista, Culinary), Level 3 (Expo, Trainer) and Level 4 (Team Lead) employees. Excluded: SCEO's (Student CEO), Managers, Office Clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
