The Hospital recognizes the Association as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for all registered nurses employed by the Hospital as regular full-time and part-time staff nurses, excluding supervisory and managerial employees, employees assigned to Nursing Administration, and all other employees.

Should virtual RNs become employed by and work for Good Samaritan Hospital, in the manner defined above, they shall be considered part of this bargaining unit.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular-part time production and maintenance employees, drivers and jockeys employed an the Employer's Glen Dale, West Virginia facility; Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the ACT, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Terminal operators employed by the Employer at and/or out of its Sugar Creek, Missouri, Council Bluffs, Iowa and Ottumwa, Iowa facilities. Excluded: All other employees including those defined in the Act.
