Unit Sought: All full-time, part-time and on-call professional employees employed by the Employer at Hillsboro Medical Center 8th Avenue Medical Plaza (currently located at 364 S.E. 8th Avenue, Suite 301, Hillsboro, OR 97123) in the following job classifications: Behavioral Health Care Manager, Behavioral Health Scientist and Behavioral Health Consultant; but excluding all other employees, non-professional employees, employees at other locations, physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full- and part-time Rail Supervisors/Road Supervisors at the Employer’s Tucson location. Petitioners seek an Armour-Globe election, adding the Rail Supervisors/Road Supervisors to the existing unit of all operators and maintenance workers working at the Employer’s location in Tucson. Excluded: All supervisors, managers and guards at its facility located in Tucson.

Unit Sought: Included: Foundation-Upholster Frame, MAH Build, Tape Edge Maintenance, Driver, Quilter, Sewing, Capper, Foam Fab Machine Operator, Line Fedders. Excluded: Office Workers, Clerical Employees, Patrol Watchmen, and Supervisors or Foremen.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time ESL teachers in Academics as defined in NLRB NO-21-RC-236654. Excluded: All other employees of EF, and any newly excluded or reclassified positions, per NLRB NO-21-RC-236654.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Baristas and Shift Supervisors. Excluded: Store Managers; office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
