Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. However, Notification Specialists are neither included in nor excluded from the bargaining unit covered by this certification, inasmuch as the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of notification specialists but agreed to vote them

("UNFI") who work at its facility located at 1141 SW 12th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 and 18770 NE 6th Ave, Miami, FL 33179. Excluded: All casual employees, temp service workers, contractors, UNFI SWAT employees, office clericals, coordinators, drivers, hostlers, managers, supervisors, confidential employees, professional employees, and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time Electric Distribution Operations Specialists. The Petitioner seeks an Armour-Globe Election to add the Electric Distribution Operations Specialists into the existing bargaining unit at Xcel Energy. Excluded: Clerical, guards, supervisors, and others defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time non-supervisory employees employed at the Employer’s facility located at 296 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, including but not limited to, all Budtenders, Delivery Drivers, Delivery Supervisors, Inventory Specialists, Inventory Supervisors, Sales Floor Supervisors, and Security employees. Excluded: All Assistant Store Managers, General Managers, supervisors, guards, and employees excluded under the National Labor Relations Act or policy of the National Labor Relations Board.
