Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 350 Tower Rd, American Canyon, California including all employees who work in the job classifications: Assembler/Fabricator, Batch Maker, Buildings & Ground Specialist, Clerk-Receiving/Dispatch, Color Technician, Finished Goods Specialist, Forklift Operator, Inspector-QA, Janitor, Lead, Loader Operator, Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic II, Maintenance Mechanic Sr., Material Handler, Mold Maker, Mold Technician, Operator – Machine, Production Clerk, Production Worker – Operator, QC, Senior Master Specialist, TPM Specialist, and Waste Water Treatment Tech; excluding all other employees including, but not limited to, electricians, clerical workers, office managers, supervisors, and guards as defined by the Act.
