Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time Employees working in at the Employers 201 S market location in Ottumwa IA in the Medical, Dental, Pediatric, Gynecology and Laboratory Departments including Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, LPN's, CMAs, Receptionists, Interpreters, Clinical Assistants, Care Coordinators, Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, Radiology Techs, Lab Techs, and Phlebotomists. Excluded: All Employees working in the Behavioral Health Department; All Doctors, Dentists, Guards, and Supervisors under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All shop mechanics working out of Madison WI yard located at 5513 Femright Drive. Excluded: All other employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the act.
