Unit Sought: Included: All employees of the Company in the Bargaining Unit for classifications described in Schedule A (attached hereto as Exhibit 1), for all production and maintenance employees of the Company at Kentucky Avenue Complex located at 2605 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241 and all production and maintenance employees of the Company at Noblesville Sand and Noblesville Stone located at 15215 North River Avenue, Noblesville, Indiana 46060. Excluded: Plant Clerks, Scalehouse Persons, Weighpersons, all other office clerical employees, Guards, Watchpersons, other representatives of management and all supervisory personnel, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.

Excluding: All others, including but not limited to, all medical units, the ED, day treatment and outpatient services, EmPATH, all other locations and all other assessors, MDs, non-professionals, managerial employees, confidential employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All Baristas, Service Pros and Shift Leads in the Central Brooklyn neighborhood. Excluded: All Clerical Staff, Managers, Trainers, IT, Operations and Design Staff.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time armed and unarmed Protective Security Officers (“PSO”) employed by Paragon Systems performing guard duties as defined by Section 9 (b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, assigned to federal buildings in the State of Massachusetts under Employer's Contract No. 70RFP118DE1000001 with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time craft foremen, A/D directors, operators, oilers, technicians, riggers, field mechanics, shop mechanics, apprentices, drivers, CDL drivers, and non-CDL drivers employed at the Employer’s facilities in Local 150’s jurisdiction. Excluded: All office and clerical employees, professional employees, sales representatives, guards, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All fitters and helpers (field personnel) working from the Employer's Semmes Alabama location. Excluded: All shop and warehouse personnel, office clericals, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
