Unit Sought: Included: All full time, regular part time and per diem Licensed Practical Nurses. Excluded: All other employees, all professional employees, all guards, and all supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time hourly Baristas and Shift Supervisors employed by the Employer at 1123 NW 63rd Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73116 (Store 6490 - often referred to as “Nichols Hills”) but excluding all Store Managers, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.

Excluded· All other employees, office clerical employees, temporary employees, managerial employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All student employees who provide instructional services, including graduate and undergraduate Teaching Assistants (Teaching Assistants, Teaching Fellows, Preceptors, Course Assistants, Readers and Graders): All Graduate Research Assistants (including those compensated through Training Grants) and All Departmental Research Assistants employed by the Employer at all of its facilities, including Morningside Heights, Health Sciences, Lamont-Doherty and Nevis facilities. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. The Petitioner seeks clarification that this unit description includes all student employees in this unit, regardless of: 1. The source of the funding from which the Employer provides compensation to them; 2. The form of the compensation that they receive; 3. The payment system through which they receive compensation; 4. Their appointment status; 5. Their job or position title; 6. The number of hours they work; 7. The duration of their employment; 8. Their teaching or research rotation status; 9. The term during which they work; 10. The degree program in which they are enrolled; 11. Their year enrolled in the degree program; or 12. The institution at which they are enrolled, provided it is affiliated with the Employer.
