Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses employed by the Employer as Case Managers, including all those who serve in Regular, Relief, and Per Diem Case Manager positions at the Employer’s main medical center campus at 300 and 500 Pasteur Drive, Palo Alto, CA, and in the Employer’s clinics and other locations in California. Excluded: Registered Nurses who are employed as managerial employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
