Unit Sought: Employees Included: all hourly shop employees at or out of its shop facilities in the classifications of mechanics, mechanic helpers, welders, yardmen, and equipment painters. Employees Excluded: all truck drivers, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time employees, including bus drivers, bus riders, bus rider floater, casual laborer, order filler, casual labor lead, department lead, developmental instructor, developmental trainer, rehabilitation developmental trainer, direct care, DSP, ADSP, directional trainer, rehabilitation directional trainer, directional trainer/transportation, employment specialist, order fulfillment bunge, house manager, IT tech, maintenance workers, production floater, rehabilitation floater, semi driver, warehouse overseer, teacher, and all other employees as defined by the Act employed by the Employer at its Bradley, Bourbannais, and Kankakee Illinois facilities. Excluded: Lead development trainer, transportation supervisor, professional employees, business office clerical employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the National Labor Relation Act.
