Unit Sought: Included: Employees including regular part-time (i.e., department heads) and "casual" (having worked at least 15 days over a two-year period) performing carpentry, electrical, sewing, fitting and related work on or in connection with the sets, props, costumes, and wardrobe used; work during take-in, performances, technical rehearsal, dress rehearsal, or take-out; loading and unloading of trucks or other vehicles for performances; work described above in connection with audio visual and slide presentation, audio tape recordings, motion picture film, live or delayed radio broadcasting, industrial productions, and commercial television productions on the stage, wings, fly galleries, counterweight galleries, stage facilities, dressing rooms, and loading dock related to stage presentations in all venues including Dreyfoos Hall, Rinker Playhouse, Gosman Amphitheater, and the Cohen Pavilion. Excluded: Other employees, guards and supervisores within meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time production, maintenance and warehouse employees employed by the Employer at its Fridley, Minnesota facility; excluding all office clericals, technical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act as amended.
