Unit Sought: Including: All full-time and regular part-time journeymen and apprentice drywall employees performing all preparatory and joint finishing work and coating systems applied to drywall surfaces, including all preparatory work of nail and fastener spotting, pointing, taping, finishing materials,; and the rection, moving and dismantlling of all scaffolding used by drywall finishers for work coming within the jurisdiction of the drywall finishers. All employees performing the loading, unloading, stocking, sanding, and clean up of all drywall finishing materials, and all work involving the use of any tool, equipmen and/or systems used to perform the above work. The geographical area covered by this Unit is as follows: Zone 1: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedordd, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Centre, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland. Zone 2: Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Elk, Forest, Fulton, Huntingdon, Jefferson, Juniata, Mercer, Mifflin and Venango. Zone 3: Crawford, Erie, McKean Potter and Warren. Excluding: All office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Inlcuded: All field construction employees performing any and all work in connection with the installation of dry and wet utilities (including but not limited to gas, electric, telephone, cable, and television) employed at or out of the Employer's yards at 6261 Pedley Road, Riverside, CA 92509-6002 and 10125 Channel Road, Lakeside, CA 92040-1703, in the Counties of San Diego, Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Inyo, Mono, San Bernardino, and Riverside in the State of California, including machine operators, heavy equipment operators, pipe fitters, plastic fusion employees, welders, mechanics, excavators, bacfill employees, cement workers, pavers, laborers, employees performing work in confined spaces, crew foremen, yard employees class A and B drivers, and employees grounding, setting, leveling and grouting pre-cast manholes, handholes, and pads, as well as the pouring of concrete envelopes, and the laying of pre-assembled cables.
