Purposed: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location including sales support employees in the Merchandising Department (8030-41), Signing Department (8030-43) and Pricing Department (8030-44) and employees employed in departments in which the Union maintains majority status, which are currently those set forth in Schedule D, attached hereto: Excluding: office clerical guards and professional employees, supervisors and managerial employees as defined in the Act.
