Unit Sought: All employees engaged in the preparation, fabrication, alteration, application, erection, assembling, molding, spraying, pouring, mixing, hanging, adjusting, repairing, dismantling, removing, reconditioning, maintenance, sealing, finishing and/or weather proofing of cold or hot thermal insulation with such materials as may be specified when these materials are to be installed for thermal purposes in voids, or to create voids, or on either piping, fittings, valves, boiler, ducts, flues, tanks, vats, equipment or on any hot or cold surfaces for the purpose of thermal control; including the handling and distribution of thermal insulating materials on job premises and the erection of scaffolding on the INEOS ABS USA jobsite, located on Three Rivers Partway in or near North Bend, Ohio. Excluded: Painters, office employees, administrative employees, guards, supervisors, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part time janitors employed by the Employer providing janitorial services at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory facility located at 15013 Denver West Parkway in Golden, Colorado. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All warehouseman working the day and night shifts at the Boise facility. Excluded: All Management including supervisors and gurads as defined in the "Act".
