Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time ready mix concrete truck drivers employed by Irving Materials, Inc. at its facilities located at 2195 Barren River Road, Bowling Green, Kentucky, and 1083 Fairview Boiling Springs Road, Bowling Green, Kentucky, but excluding all other employees; including office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All temporary, part time, probationary and regular P&M employees employed in the employer's various WV locations @ Hawk's Nest, Glen Ferris and Alloy including but not limited to all Plant and Hydro Tech I, II and III, Utility Workers, Operators, Maintenance Employees, Laborers and Master Hydro Techs. Excluded: All casual confidential, accounting, professional, sales, guards and supervisory employees as defined by the act.
