Unit Sought: Included: All employees of the Employer over whom the Union has jurisdiction, as such jurisdiction is defined by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the AFL-CIO. Excluded: All office workers, executive, superintendents, Assistant Superintendents civil engineers, and their helpers, master mechanics, timekeepers, messengers, guards, and all supervisory employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time janitors, compliance analysts, lab technicians, instrument technicians, warehouse workers, shift operators, water treatment operators, electrical foremen, electrical technicians, mechanical foremen, general laborers, and mechanical technicians employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 4590 Carlsbad Boulevard, Carlsbad, California; Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, managerial employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, employees from third party contractors or agencies, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Hostlers/Drivers Local 690 represents 52 drivers at Sysco and we are seeking to add the petitioner by way of a self determined election. Employees Excluded: Warehouse.
