Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time, part-time and per diem Registered Nurses, including those who serve as relief charge nurses, employed by the Employer at its hospital facilities at 1500 San Pablo Street, Los Angeles, California, and at the Outpatient Surgery Center (also known as the Surgery Center), located on the ground floor of the Doheny Eye Institute at 1450 San Pablo Street, Los Angeles, California, and at its hospital facility located at 1441 Eastlake Avenue, Los Angeles, California. EXCLUDED: All other employees, confidential employees, physicians, residents, business office employees, health information employees, and employees of any other USC entity, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, regularly assigned charge nurses, guards, managers and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time security officers and lead security officers acting under the title of lieutenant, performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(B)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, Employed by Allied Universal; Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time electricians and electrical apprentices employed by the employer. Excluded: All parts, delivery, office clerical, guards and managers or supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular part-time and full-time employees of the Employer performing line clearance tree trimming work on the property of the City of Ames Municipal Utility including but not limited to, Tree Trimmers, Tree Trimmer Trainees, Foreman, Groundpersons, Planners. Excluded: All Guards, Supervisors and Office/Clerical Workers as defined by the Act.
