EXCLUDED: All student employees, employees working less than twenty (20) hours per week, salaried clerical employees including administrative assistants who are on the exempt payroll, all employees represented by labor organizations and covered by other collective bargaining agreements, temporary employees, confidential employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
