Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees and guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production employees, shipping employees, and environmental control employees. Excluded: All office employees, technical employees, clerical employees, supervisors, team leads, maintenance employees, all guards, salesmen and professional employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Protective Security Officers ("PSOs") and Lead PS0/Sergeants employed by the Employer at the National Science Foundation facilities currently located at Stafford I, II and Crystal Plaza 6, Arlington, Virginia. Excluded: All temporary employees as defined in the parties' collective-bargaining agreement, clerical employees, managerial employees, project managers, lieutenants and other supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act and all other personnel.
