Unit Sought: ARTICLE 4 RECOGNITION Pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Act, as amended, the Employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for the term of this agreement, for all Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Employees, full-time and part-time, as listed in Attachment A, Wage Scale Classifications. EXCLUSIONS: positions are excluded from representation due to the nature of their work or access to confidential employee or key business data (i.e. program coordinators, confidential, financial, supervisory, management, etc.) includes but is not limited to the following: Tamarac membership sales team employees, employees in grant funded positions, Department leaders (liaisons, coordinators, supervisory team leaders, clinical coordinators, supervisors, managers, directors, etc.) and their respective Administrative support staff; Patient Advocate, all classifications of Mid-level Practitioner(s), Registered Dieticians, Registered Therapists (all disciplines), Social Workers, Pharmacists, Physicians, Psychologists, as well as employees in the following departments: Marketing, Fund Development, Ahhh Spa, Quality, Safety, Risk Management as well as any Spectrum Health shared services employees _ deployed locally or otherwise. The Association and Employer will work collaboratively in the placement of new positions and removal of existing positions over the life of this Agreement.

Unit Sought: Included: Service technicians/drivers Excluded: sales, customer service representatives, respiratory therapists, supervisors, managerial, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time employees of the employer that perform Electrical work as Electricians, Lead Persons, Forepersons, and/or Helpers Excluded: Office Clerical Employees, Professional Employees, Gaurds, Supervisors as defined by the act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part time Drivers, Road Supervisors, Dispatchers, Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Workers, Utility Clerks, Utility Workers, Mechanics, and Mechanics Tech II, and Gatekeepers employed at the Employer's Capitol Heights, Maryland facility; but excluding office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time FRCC coodinators employed by the employer at its 2699 Stafford Avenue Scranton, PA facility. Excluded: All other employees including confidential employees, executives, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
