Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, management employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: The current unit consists of the following: All non-exempt operating and clerical employees of the Company employed at the terminals listed in the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement, but excluding casual employees, secretarial employees, sales employees, professional employees, employees at employer operated service stations, guards, watchmen and supervisors as defined in the Labor-Management Relations Act as amended. The terminals listed in the Collective Bargaining Agreement include Philadelphia, Montello, Fullerton, Mechanicsburg, Northumberland, Kingston, Tamaqua, Delmont and Altoona in PA and Buffaco, Newburg, Rochester, Syracuse in New York.
