Unit Sought: Included: Section 1. This Agreement covers the rates of pay and conditions of employment of all employees of the Employer engaged in but not limited to the: (a) manufacture, fabrication, assembling, handling, erection, installation, dismantling, conditioning, adjustment, alteration, repairing and servicing of all ferrous or nonferrous metal work and all other meaterials used in lieu thereof and of all HVAC systems, air veyor systems, exhaust systems, and air-handling systems regardless of material used including the setting of all equipment and all reinforcements in connection therewith; (b) all lagging over insulation and all duct lining; (c) testing and balancing of all air-handling equipment and duct work; (d) the prepatation of all shop and field sketches whether manually drawn or computer assisted used in fabrication and erection, including those taken from original architectural and engineering drawings or sketches; (e) metal roofing; and (f) all other work included in the jurisdictional claims of Sheet Metal Workers' International Association.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees classified as maintenance employees including locksmiths, laborers, painters, carpenters, carpet and tile employees employed by the Employer at its facility. Excluded: All other employees, managers, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time drivers and drivers assistants employed at the Employer's locations in Amityville, New York, Hicksville, New York and Freeport, New York.  All office clericals, mechanics, guards and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular janitors. Excluded: All managers, supervisors and guards, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Machinists, Tool & Die Makers, Specialists & Production Workers and Truck Drivers currently employed by the Employer at their Peoria, IL facility Excluded: Office Clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time carpenters employed by the employer; Excluded: All other employees, foremen, superintendents, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the act.

Excluded: Management, sales account managers, employees having access to strategic or confidential labor relations information, traffic engineers, data network engineers, network administrators, Internet administrators, systems programmers/analysts I, system programmer/analysts II, senior systems analysts, business analysts/software engineers, software support specialists, project engineers, central office engineers, system integration specialists, IS support specialists, product market specialists, marketing communications designers, media/production coordinators, sales/customer support administrators, temporary employees, casual employees, student employees and supervisors as defined under the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time security officers, captains and sergeants performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, employed by JJJ Properties NJ, LLC @ Atlantic City, NJ.

Unit Sought: All regular full and part time employees (Laundry, Housekeeping and Porters) employed at Avista Nursing at 3025 Chapel Avenue west Cherry Hill, NJ 08002

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time and pool licensed practical nurses who work 8 hours or more per week employed by the Employer at its 4th and Porter Streets, Philadelphia, PA location.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Schedulers employed by Medco at its North Versailles Facility. Excluding, all guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time, skilled maintenance employees and maintenance technicans employed by the South Hills Village, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, jobsite; excluding, Office clerical employees, janitorial employees, housekeeping employees, guards and professional employees as defined in the Act.
