Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 801 51st Street, Oakland, CA engaged in maintenance, rebuilding, dismantling, and assembling. Repairing, installing, erecting, cleansing, preparing, and conditioning, of all automotive parts, units, and auxiliaries connected with passenger cars, motorcycles, tractors, trucks, shovels, trench digging, and excavating or construction equipment and any and all types of machinery including the packing, shipping, and delivery of all parts or material and all of the machine or grinding processes connected with forgoing. Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) employed by the Employer at its 600 Lincoln Park, Cranford, New Jersey facility Excluded' All office Clerical employees, Service and Maintenance employees, Register Nurses (RNs), Certified Nurses Assistant (CNAs), Professional employees, Managerial employees, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. .

Unit Sought: The Petitioner herein currently represents an existing unit of nonprofessional (service) employees employed by the Employer. Employees in the following voting unit are eligible to vote in a self-determination election to indicate whether or not they wish to be included in the existing nonprofessional (service) unit: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per-diem* registered respiratory therapists, respiratory therapists, lead respiratory therapists, respiratory therapist technicians and respiratory therapy equipment coordinators residual to the existing nonprofessional (service) unit represented by 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, employed by the Employer at its Queens facility located at 56-45 Main Street, Queens, New York. Excluded: Supervisors within the meaning of Section 2(11) of the Act, confidential, executive and managerial employees, physicians, dentists, registered nurses, students whose performance of work at the Employer is a part of the educational course of study such students are pursuing, part-time employees who work a total of one-fifth (1/5) of the regular full-time work week or less for the job classifications in which they work, temporary employees as defined in Article VIII of the parties’ 2001-2005 collective bargaining agreement, and all other employees. *Per diem employees eligible to vote are those employees who have worked an average of more than 7.5 hours per week during the 13 weeks preceding the eligibility date for the election.
