Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem unrepresented (residual) service employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 2700 Dolbeer Street in Eureka, California, in the following job classifications: Case Management Coordinator, Patient Placement Coordinator Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, employees represented in other bargaining units (see Attachment B), guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Employees employed by the Employer in the union certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 19-RC-350782. Excluded: All other employees, managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time: (1) Support Coordinators; (2) Extended Hours Coordinators; (3) Carla Support Coordinators; (4) Bilingual Support Coordinators; (5) Bilingual Complex Care Coordinator and (6) Development Coordinators.
