Unit Sought: Included: All fabricators and welder's, including but not limited to full-time, regular part-time production and fabrication employees, in addition to all installers, material handlers, and truck drivers. Excluded: All professional technical, clerical and temporary employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and and regular part-time bus drivers employed by the employer at its facility located at 2601 Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Excluded: All other employees, including, all office clerical employees, confiential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time registered nurses employed by Meriter Hospital, Inc., at 202 South Park Street, and 309 West Washington Avenue physical facilities in the following classifications: staff nurses, clinicians, graduate nurses, and in addition, staff nurses in the EDU outpatient and hemodialysis units in the Annex 1 and 2 locations; but excluding nurses employed in the following classifications: staff educator, home care coordinator/home discharge planning nurse, epidemiologist, EMT coordinator/insturctor, clinical nurse specialist, health service nurse, quality assurance coordinator, nursing information systems coordinator, counselor, perinatal outreach education coordinator, utilization review coordinator, confidential and managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
