Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time site and grounds improvement utility paving & road building workers who primarily perform the laying of concrete concrete curb setting or block work including foremen from setters Laborers Landscape planting and maintenance employees fence installers and repairers slurry/seal coaters play equipment installers maintenance safety surfacers and small power tools and small equipment operators employed by th employer. Also eligible to vote are all unite employees whohave been employed for a total of 30 working days or more within the 12 months immediately preceding the eligibility date to be determined by the NLRB or who have had some employment during that period and who have been employed 45 days or more within the 24 months immediately preceding said eligibility date. Excluded: Are all employees who perform primarily ASPHALT Paving work clericals guards and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All clerical employees, case managers. counselors, mental health specialists and registered nurses employed by the Employer at its Long Beach and South Bend Washington facilities. Excluded: All managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time drivers for Midstates Express, Inc. Excluded: All other employees of the Employer (i.e. clerical, dock workers, supervisors, etc.)

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees employed at the Owatonna facility. Excluded: All managers, supervisors and clerical employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time Administrative Assistants and Registered Nurses employed by the Employer in the Behavioral Health Unit of the Philadelphia Prison Systems. To be included in the existing bargaining unit.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees of the Employer performing line clearance tree trimming, route maintenance brush cutting and brush spraying work, pursuant to the Employer's contract with Central Electric Cooperative Excluded: All office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part-time Certified Nurse Assistants/State Tested Nurse Assistants, Housekeeping, Dietary, Laundry, Restorative, Activity, and Maintenance Employees. Excluded: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Select Therapy Employees and all office clerical employees and professional employees, guards and supervisors.
