Excluded: All other classifications of registered nurses employed at the aforesaid medical offices including nurses engaged primarily in medical research and/or educational programs, nurses predominantly performing administrative functions, and supervisory nurses who have the authority to hire, promote, discipline or otherwise change status, or who may effectively recommend much action and all other employees.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full time service technicians working for the employer, performing field service work out of the above said location. EXCLUDED: All management, office help, truck drivers, office clerical, shop employees and all other employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
