Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time professional employees, including social workers, teachers, registered nurses employed by the Employer within the municipalities of Loíza, Canóvanas, Río Grande, Fajardo, Ceiba, Naguabo and Carolina. Unit Sought: PRESENT: The existing unit is described in the current collective bargaining agreement in Article 3B, as: B, Appropriate Unit. The appropriate unit to which this Agreement applies, shall consist of all employees of the Company's electric and water transmission departments in the divisions and jobs referenced in the Agreement. The jobs and classifications are described in Article 50, Work Rules for Distribution Systems, Article 51, Work Rules for Power Production, A. Gas & Oil and B. Coal, as well as being listed in Appendix A, Wage Schedule for Distribution Systems and Appendix B, Wage Schedule for Power Production. in addition, the applicable occupational groups are stated in Article 36A, Occupational Groups for Electrical Services Business Unit and Article 36B, Occupational Groups for Power Production Business Unit. In Case 28-RC-6350, under date of July 15, 2005, The Regional Director described the scope of the contractual unit as "approximately 570 production and maintenance employees who work in the electric and water transmission, distribution, amd production departments, in all of the Employer's districts." PROPOSED: Petitioner seeks to clarify the existing unit to include the former employees of Texas New Mexico Power Company ("TNMP") consolidated into the operation of Public Service Company of New Mexico on January 1, 2007, and limited to those employees engaged in New Mexico in the transmission and distribution of electricity, excluding office clericals, meter readers, guards, watchmen, and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time tire lubers and mechanics employed the Employer at its facility located at 1336 E. Holt, Ontaio, California and 3450 E. Airport Drive, Suite 600, Ontario, CA 91761. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its Dutch Harbor, Alaska facilities. Excluded: Fuel foremen, employees at its Gas-N-Go facility, office clerical employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time warehouse employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time journeymen and apprentice Drywall employees performing all preparatory and joint finishing work and coating systems applied to drywall surfaces, including al preparatory work of nail and fastener spotting, painting, taping, finishing and sanding of joints and surfaces; all protective coverings such as drop cloths and masking prior to application of finishing materials; and the erection, moving and dismantling of all scaffolding used by drywall finishers. All employees performing the loading, unloading, stocking, sanding, and clean up of all drywall finsihing materials, and all work involving the use of any tool, equipment, and/or systems used to perform the above-mentioned work. The geographical area covered by this Unit is as follows: Zone 1: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Centre, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland. Zone 2: Cameron, Clairon, Clearfield, Elk, Forest Fulton, Huntingdon, Jefferson, Juniata, Mercer, Mifflin and Venango. Zone 3: Crawford, Erie, McKean, Potter and Warren. Excluding, all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included:All line haul drivers, P & D drivers and dockworkers at the Richfield, Ohio facility. Excluded: All clerical workers, mechanics, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the act.
