To vote to join the currently existing SEIU WI RN unit which includes all full-time and part-time registered nurses employed in the following classifications: staff nurses, clinicians and graduate nurses, as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 30-RC-4640. Excluded: Nurses employed in the following classifications: staff educator, home clinical nurse specialist, health service nurse, epidemiologist, EMT coordinator/instructor, systems coordinator, counselor, perinatal outreach education coordinator, utilization review coordinator, confidential and managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Parts employees of the Employer at its facilities at 5560 Angola Rd., Toledo, Ohio 43615 and 8075 Production Ave., Florence, Kentucky 41042. Excluded: Professional and Confidential employees and supervisors and managers as defined by the Act and part-time employees.
