Unit Sought: All full time, regular part time, part time, and per diem service and maintenance workers employed by the Employer at its Plymouth, Massachusetts facility located at 19 Obery Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Said unit includes all full time, regular part time, part time and per diem service and maintenance workers including nursing assistants, dietary workers, maintenance assistants, rehabilitation aides and activities assistants employed by the Employer at its Plymouth, Massachusetts facility but excluding all clerical workers, licensed practical nurses, students whose performance of work at the Home is a part of the educational course of study such students are purusing, and all other professional workers, managerial workers, guards, department heads and all other supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time route drivers, substitute drivers, bus aides, subsitute bus aides, mechanics and dispatcher. Exluded: All other employees, data entry, accounts payable and customer service employees, managers, administrative employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees, supervisors, warehousemen, and dispatcher as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All fulltime and regular part-time production employees engaged in the fabrication of iron , steel, metal and other products and maintenance employees employed by the Employer. Excluded: All other employees of the Employer, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time carpenters, ericting side-walks, bridge, scaffolding and hoist erectors. Excluded: all other emplloyees including, office clerical, yard men, electricians, managers, security guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
