(IES) at the combined Hamman and Bell Greve CT Roof and HVAC Replacement Projects Capital Construction Project only, pursuant to the Amended Project Labor Agreement located at 2500 MetroHealth Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44109, who are engaged in but not limited to the (a) manufacture, fabrication, assembling, handling, erection, installation, dismantling, conditioning, adjustment, alteration, repairing and servicing of all ferrous and non ferrous metal work and all other materials used in lieu thereof and all air-veyor systems and air handling systems regardless of materials used including the setting of all equipment and all reinforcements in connection therewith; (b) all lagging over insulation and all duct lining; (c) testing, balancing, and servicing of all HVAC air handling equipment and duct work; (d) the preparation of all shop and field sketches, whether manually drawn or computer assisted, used in fabrication and erection, including those taken from original architectural and engineering drawings or sketched; and (e) metal roofing, (f) all other work included in the jurisdictional claims of the Sheet Metal Workers' International Association. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Any and all full-time and regular part-time employees employed by Industrial Energy Systems, Inc., (IES) at the combined Hamman and Bell Greve CT Roof and HVAC Replacement Projects Capital Construction Project only, pursuant to the Amended Project Labor Agreement, located at 2500 MetroHealth Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44109, who are engaged in performing operating engineers' work. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Any and all full-time and regular part-time employees employed by Industrial Energy Systems, Inc. (IES) at the combined Hamman and Bell Greve CT Roof and HVAC Replacement Projects Capital Construction Project, only, pursuant to the Amended Project Labor Agreement located at 2500 MetroHealth Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44109, who are engaged in the handling, hoisting, storing, preparation, applying and clean-up, upon delivery to the job site (including the operation of all equipment), of any or all roofing materials. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Certified Nursing Assistant, dietary employees, housekeeping employees and laundry employees employed at the above facility. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
