Unit Sought: All production and shipping employees employed at the employer's facility in Collingswood, New Jersey.

Unit Sought: Included: All part-time and full-time security officers employed by the employer at the federal buildings in Grand Rapids and Traverse City Michigan and the surrounding area, within the jurisdiction of the employers contract(s) with the federal government. All office, clerical, professional employes and supervisors as defned by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time phlebotomists, employed by the employer at its facility currently located at 5225 Golf Road , Skokie, IL  60077 all other  employees, main lab technicians, call center,/dispatch employee, microbiology employees, customer service emoployees, date entry clerks, billing clerks, managers, office clerical employees and guards, preofessional employees and supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: All Operating and Maintenance employees in the Woodlewn, LA, Youngsville, LA, Eunice, LA, and Morgan City LA locations. Excluded: Supervisory, Administrative, and clerical employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time sales associates, cashiers and stock employees employed by the Employer at its retail stores located at 620 Fifth Avenue, 10 Columbus Circle, and 667 Madison Avenue, New York, NY. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including store managers, senior assistant store managers, assistant store managers, stock managers, office clerical employees, and guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance, including electricians, plumbers, hydrolic enineers, body builders, welders, door assemblers, painters, machine opertors, ladder builders, bucketmen, leads full and part time. Excluded: All managerial, supervisory, clerical, professionals, sales, guards and others defined in the Act.
